      I’m currently scamming people by giving them low quality art in drawing commisions. There’s more mastermind then that, but I don’t reveal my secrets. I’ve gotten as much as $200 a day on good days.

      Literally what I was gonna say. I’m not an anime nerd so I sold my Nintendo 3DS in a garage sale for $60. I later realized that I still had all of the games. We went to game stop to sell the 6 games I still had and keep in mind we got most of them for $20.00 each. The guy offered me $2.00 per game. I got scammed like hell.

    I did something similar. There was a college using a super rare WiFi standard called 802.11a… well laptops at the time couldn’t connect because they had b/g.

    So I bought usb WiFi from China with the old standard for $1 and sold them for $125

    That paid off my college and bought me a new car before a new CIO was hired and told the school to stop being lazy and upgrade the WiFi

      @May the Science be with You I’ve seen many people spend lots of money to a thing they can buy at a thrift store. See, this is the problem with some people why they’re still working long hours boring jobs. That type of mindset. See, their are people who are impulsive buyers. There are also people that doesn’t know the online shops that you know. It’s up to you what to do with the information you know. ?

      unfortunately i think most people will just use that to be full of it with no real accomplishments..its fine to work a job as long as you like your job..and just being a boss isnt really that great if you still dont like what you do..im lucky to like my job..make good enough money..live at home..and still have alot of freedom of choice since i work alone outside..though there is still the occasional bs micromanagement..but anybody with fortitude can get past that..but yeah 35 bucks for 5 hours is pretty crap

      Well if this is true she made $1000 every time she imported the games within a day nothing says “per” or “every” in the title then she clearly knew it wasn’t going to be something she could do forever and decided to start up a business by investing what she had made then who knows how much she was making. Inspiring if you ask me.

      @darkchurchhill fair, i guess i just am struggling to find something that pays equal or better than my current job, (AGM at AMF making 50,000+ annually) without being put on the grindstone 12-15 hours 5 days a week… Although if i could i would leave my job in a heart beat, the point of the OP comment was to laugh at the fact that kids dont understand that you either enjoy life and barely work, or you make a living and support yourself and have no life and be miserable just to exist in this cookie cutter shaped world until we die…. Trust me ive eccepted my role in life lol

    I actually go a decent office job in college and then saved up and bought up every copy of my wishlist of a 100 games for PS3 (my parents forbid video games let alone buy me using their money) by hitting up every shop in my tri county area, this was the transition time from PS3 to PS4 and only one rewards card. But I bought multiple copies of my fav games at the $10 or less bin and sold them online for full market demand. I also returned copies that were in bad shape and then got -10,000pts in rewards points. I ended up stopping after the online market caught up with prices and all PS3 games started to drop in price due to newer PS4 games being in full market demand.

    I made some money online.
    Bought myself all the games on my wishlist, and had them effectively pay me in rewards points.
    And made the store clerks happy by meeting their month sales quota in a day or two. 😉

      It doesnt work anymore. This isnt anything new. Usually when promotions are implemented, people find ways to manipulate the system. Look at the people who used coupons to reduce the price of food fromm 1000 to a couple of bucks
