Hey there I am Sarah (aka Ted). On this channel, I discuss topics for online entrepreneurs building businesses. And here is the truth when it comes to building a business: it isn't a way to get rich fast. Nope. A business is simply when you learn to do these 3 things really well:

1) Creating or finding great products/services to sell.
2) Putting those products in front of the right customers.
3) Giving those customers a great reason to buy.

And each person will have their own journey to get there with a LOT of hard work & sacrifices along the way 💪👊 here on this channel, I make videos to help entrepreneurs along this journey. Some of the topics I discuss are:

* Case studies of successful online businesses.
* Tips, tricks & strategies on choosing the right online business for you.
* How to make & sell products with ecommerce using beginner-friendly product sourcing methods (such as Print On Demand).
* Tips & strategies to scale to more advanced product sourcing strategies (like wholesale fulfillment centers).
* Help with some of the "legal stuff" (like trademarks & copyrights when doing business online).
* And a sprinkle of entrepreneurial motivation thrown in too!

I hope my actionable content can help you: whether you're running your own online business/online store, or are in the process of building one, and want some tactical advice to help you along the way. If that is you, subscribe today! 🔥

  1. 💃Two questions. First: did you guess right, and win any points?
💃💃 And secondly, dancing quiz videos: YAY or NAY? 😉

    1. Adani Nur Shabrina

And YAYYY more dancing videos please! Also more animation/motivation videos 😀 haha…. I know, lower cpm, but I love it! I keep replaying all the animations one when I feel less motivated haha

  2. I was just thinking this morning I hadn’t seen an upload of yours for a while, and here you are. I hope you are doing well 🙂

    1. Thank you! The holiday season is quite busy for me so it’s probably the time I upload the least, but I’ve got some exciting videos planned especially for the new year once the holidays are over, I hope you’ll enjoy them!

    1. Totally. Especially for free businesses where you’re the one doing everything: that’s why I think when starting a free business, that starting a business you ENJOY is one of the most important keys to being successful 🌟

    2. Humour Down Under

@Wholesale Ted Doing everything, in the beginning, at least, is actually quite enjoyable, as long as you DO enjoy the business you have started. If you aren’t really committed to your idea, then the one-armed bandit scenario soon becomes old.
BTW, congrats on your success. I only became aware of your channel recently. Nice to see another Kiwi taking it to the world!

    3. @Humour Down Under Thank you, I checked out your channel and I wondered if you were a Kiwi too! It’s always great to meet other Kiwis taking action & yes, taking over the world 💪

    4. Humour Down Under

@Wholesale Ted You’re welcome! My little channel isn’t going to make me any money, it’s just there to help keep me sane during these crazy times we live in. However, it’s helping me learn new things (video editing), so it’s not a complete waste of time!

  3. It sounds so great. So many ideas in my head, but someone needs to kick my butt to get me started. You’re such an inspiration, and your accent is lovely!

  4. Dr. Waleed ALOSAILY

I think actually starting could be the hardest part. I was inspired by you and started on a print on demand platform. You’re amazing and I wish you happiness and further success.

  5. Hey girl 🙂 Another great video. Do you mostly work alone or you have a big team? I want to see, how much one can do by himself, and how many other people need to be involved in building ones business.

    1. Thank you! I have 7 staff right now, some are full time, some are part time. Because I automate as much as I can with tools/apps/robots my team is pretty small!

  6. Hello, what are some good tools I can use to find winning print on demand products? Like products that are actually selling?

    1. The best way to see what is selling great is to literally just browse around websites where people are selling Print On Demand products customers are leaving reviews for and chatting about!

    1. Unfortunately I don’t but I am 100% certain there will be multiple high quality free tutorials about that on YouTube! 😉✨

  7. I’m a carer for my elderly parents and manage the family farm property for them. I’ve been trying to think of ways to earn an independent income and came across your videos while researching print on demand. My work days typically are 10 hours minimum on regular chores let alone if some extra work like fence repairs is required so my free time is minimal. Long story short, I decided to trial a red bubble store. Trying to avoid major errors but I know my marketing skills are definitely a weak point. Hoping to keep learning and improve my weaker areas and cross niches as I continue the journey. My ultimate goal would be if I was able to start preparing a little financially for the time ahead when my parents require specialized care that is beyond my capacity as the family farm (where I reside) will be sold at that time and I will have to find alternative accommodation and my beloved animal family will make that difficult.

  8. Hey Wholesale Ted—thank you so much for the video! I think that starting a business however has required costs. California requires anyone doing any sort of business whatsoever to apply as a legal business and create a DBA. This costs around $100.
I myself created a print on demand business after watching almost all your videos, but was surprised by all the legal requirements for a small business.

    1. The truth is most countries/localities do not require anyone pay anything to be a sole proprietor: but you are right, there are some countries/states that do have some rules around filing for a business name or something like that & these localities may charge a filing fee to do this. It sounds like California charges you to file a business name and so you do have to pay a fee to do this, I’m sorry! Here in New Zealand, we are lucky that we are one of the places that doesn’t charge any fees like this, it is 100% free 🙏

  9. Hi Sarah, I’ve got a question.

I just started a Shopify store with my partner, and with your suggestion we’ve got a great POD shirt company to do our production.

My question is, does it make sense to also open a Redbubble store to sell the same shirts as our Shopify store? And if so, how do we ensure the shirt and print quality are up to the same standards as our Shopify products?
