  1. Kismet Publications Inc.

Thank you for putting out these videos! You really do motivate, and you really do inspire people to change their lives.

  2. Thanks a million for all your time and effort in helping us! When you were testing the hundreds of products did you have to change your store theme every time or did you have a flexible theme until you found what was working? Thanks again Kevin!

This was a good video. I especially liked that you gave stop gaps for when to move on from certain ad sets and you gave a priority list of which things to focus on first. Honestly, in this process of building my first store or two, I think I have wasted a lot of time by not doing things in the most succinct way and I got some value here in terms of prioritizing my activity order. Thanks πŸ™‚

Two, actually. Odds are I will have to completely revamp one of them at some point, but I’m more focused on one in particular. I’m sure that I will waste a little less time and money in my learning curve due to the content I’ve been gleaming from YT, though πŸ™‚ Of which, considering I watch at least 1-2 videos every day during my morning study time, I can say that yours is quality. Congrats on winning another subscriber πŸ”₯

  4. Very valuable information Kevin, i can see the Maturity with you explain and that you have been in ecom for quiet a while, compared to other videos and courses created by those who are just 4-5 months in Shopify and made their courses in a hurry.

  5. just wondering when considering a domain name is it ok if the name is fairly general? Buying a domain that isn’t category specific makes sense to me because if your’e gonna be trying out various 5-10 products stores you wouldn’t want a domain name that’s pet related if you decide to venture into another category. Would you agree with this?

    1. It really depends. In my case I use my website http://www.joefrechette.com as both a portfolio and store selling my artwork on everyday items. So it made sense to use my name even if it is painfully common where I live. I get a decent amount of visits from people who googled there name or are worried someone is stealing their professional identity. Just don’t go to complex. 6. I’ve been watching your videos for the last couple of days, and I want to say how much I APPRECIATE your honesty about the WORK involved in creating a successful dropship business. Thank you for that!!

  7. Thank you Kevin for taking the time to reach out and teach us the back end of the business! How can I learn more?

  8. Sometimes I just watch one of your videos to get motivated. I LOVE how positive you are whatever you are talking about!!

  9. for those in a rush:

    0:40 – 1 – Niches (“The N word”):
Find (and fill) niches not populated by anyone yet
Interest group overlaps (f.e. dogs & military)
5:48 – 2 – Plan and test products properly (“Shopify is a Real Business”)
Success is an gradual, iterative process (like building a customer base)
Find out the demographics that respond well to your products
9:57 – 3 – Have more than 10 products and 10 ad sets on a shop (“One and Done”)
Keep varying items until you find some breakthrough product.
Dropshipping business can scale easily (with big suppliers), so aim for the Snowball effect.
13:30 – 4 – Spend your time on the right things (“The Golden Ratio”)
    20% Store Creation/Optimization
    30% Product Selection/Iteration
    51% Marketing
18:08 – 5 – Test niches BEFORE putting much effort into a store (“Prioritization”)
Research promising products and their demographics
    Create a collection of products
Run test ad campaigns (100-200 USD)
If you can’t get sales then move on!

    1. @Nyufly81 Many people who are looking to do dropshipping often cant spare $200 because it’s probably their last $200 and can’t risk it.

Especially when there are 100 people giving 1000 different reasons why people fail.

      “I will fail anyway”

You’re a wise dude Kevin. Appreciate the value you’re providing! Finally going to put it to use and do it based on ur teachings. If I fail I’ll buy ur course. If I win, I’ll buy it as a thank you! =D

  11. Awesome video, thanks! How do you go about testing different audiences when your shopify is linked to only 1 store. Can you make custom branded sub pages in Shopify? Can you set up multiple domain names within the same account?
